Session Expiry and Booking Policy

​

All sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within 6 months from the date of the first appointment. Clients may select their preferred dates at the time of booking, and all appointments in a package will be scheduled during the initial session.

Rescheduling will be allowed in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. We understand that some situations (e.g., scheduling related to embryo transfers) may require flexibility, and we will accommodate such cases within reason.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

​

Before taking formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint.

Mediation & Arbitration

• If a resolution cannot be reached through informal negotiation, both parties agree to mandatory mediation facilitated by a third-party mediator.

• If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK arbitration laws.

• Arbitration will take place in the United Kingdom, and each party will bear its own costs.

The above process does not apply to:

• Legal claims related to intellectual property infringement.

• Claims involving unauthorized access, fraud, or illegal use of our services.
