Refund Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel or reschedule your booking with Nourish and Grow Nutrition Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking services through our website (www.nourishandgrow.co.uk) or other provided channels, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Booking and Payment
​
All bookings for nutrition consultations or services require payment upfront at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other advised payment methods. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellation by the Client
​
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us via email at hello@nourishandgrownutrition.co.uk.

Cancellation Notice: You must provide a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to your scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will incur a £50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance (minus £50 fee) will be refunded provided that the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the appointment.

Non-Attendance (No-Show): If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, your booking payment is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Appointments
​
We understand schedules can change, and thus we offer the following rescheduling options:
A) 48 Hours’ Notice Required: To reschedule your booking without additional charges, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email at hello@nourishandgrownutrition.co.uk.

B) Rescheduling within 48 Hours: Requests for rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled session will incur a £50 fee. This fee is payable immediately upon rescheduling.
​
C) Switching to Telehealth: If you need to change your face-to-face appointment to a virtual (telehealth) appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. In such cases, the £50 rescheduling fee will be waived.

4. Major Failure and Refund Entitlement
​
In compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, in circumstances where the services provided constitute a major failure—defined as a severe situation where the service is substantially unfit for the intended purpose, significantly different from described, or creates an unsafe situation—you are entitled to:
A) Cancel your service agreement with Nourish and Grow Nutrition Services.
B) Receive a refund for the unused portion of the service or receive compensation reflecting its reduced value.

5. Payment Policy

All payments must be made upfront at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods communicated to you during booking.

Payments not received prior to the scheduled appointment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
​
6. Refund Processing
​
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund as outlined above, refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.

Refund transactions may take additional processing time depending on your payment provider.
​
7. Right to Refuse Refund
​
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we identify abuse or fraudulent activities.

8. Data Protection and Compliance
​
We handle all personal data related to cancellations and rescheduling in compliance with the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 9. Exceptional Circumstances and Discretion
